At Kairfashion, we provide Standard delivery to any address within India. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas and all naval ports.
On the front, we deliver to most states in India that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.
Our standard delivery charge is ₹100
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.
- Standard Courier – The courier charge is Rs. 100.00 and it takes approximately 5-10 working days to reach you from the time of order.
- Express Courier – is available at an additional charge of Rs. 250 and it takes approximately 2-3 working days to reach you from the time of order. Incase the delivery is late, only Rs 150 is refunded
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation or SMS will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Tracking Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Outside of India, for international deliveries, the rate is Rs. 1000
MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, VISA/MASTER credit/debit cards, American Express, GPay, Paytm, Amazon Pay, PhonePe, Airtel Money, OLA Money, FreeCharge, MobiKwik, Reliance Jio, Net Banking and PayPal. Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
We make every effort to ensure that your Home Delivery order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.
We offer return and a full refund on most items. To get your refund, in case of standard purchase items (also called full price items) return it within 5 days from delivery.
Once the item is dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.
Item(s) returned must fulfil the following conditions to be eligible for refund:
- The product is in pristine condition and has all tags, bills intact.
- Product is unused (tried only to check the Fit) and does not fall under the category of inner wear, socks and perfumes.
- You are returning the products from India only
- To return your item(s), you can choose from one of the options below.
OPTION 1 - RETURN BY PICKUP FROM DELIVERY AGENT
- Ensure to carry the invoice and the package of the item(s) that you wish to return.
- If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your order, please bring a copy of the invoice you received with your package.
OPTION 2 - RETURN THROUGH COURIER
- To return the items purchased online only, you can courier it to our office. The cost of courier will be completely taken care by customer. Courier address is:
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or bag received and stick address on the box or package. Attach it with commercial invoice on the box and seal the parcel securely.
- On receiving your returned product, we inspect the condition of the product and acknowledge the same by email. Refunds are initiated on the channel (Bank account or card) used for purchase.
- Ideally your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days (Monday to Friday). It will be received in the account in next credit card statement cycle. This duration varies depending upon the policy of card issuer. The status of refund can be inquired with card issuer or on your online account.
- For a complete refund on your returns it is important that we receive the items in a resalable condition with all product labels intact. We expect the item in the state that we delivered it to you.
- Please retain your courier Note (Air waybill) until you have received your refund.
- If you desire an immediate refund, we encourage you to try returning through our KAIR stores.
*Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Online Store
